1、膠泵：A膠泵、B膠泵和配比泵均采用我公司研制的高粘度流體往復(fù)式高壓柱塞泵，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，性能穩(wěn)定。高壓閥口均采用合金材料進行特殊處理，硬度可達HRC70o，能有效避免因膠中的硬質(zhì)顆粒損壞閥口。密封件采用強化聚四氟乙烯，耐摩擦抗腐蝕，可適用絕大多數(shù)化學溶劑。使得性能更加穩(wěn)定，壽命更長。控制閥采用靜面磨削，確保泵內(nèi)壓力無泄漏。

1. 　　4、升降系統(tǒng)采用手動轉(zhuǎn)閥控制。比例調(diào)節(jié)可通過調(diào)整滑塊在擺動桿上的位置來改變，當達到要求時擰緊螺母即可。
