
丁基膠涂布機使用中如何進行檢測?

一、初始露點以及紫外線照射
1、 Initial dew point and ultraviolet radiation
這是兩種為基礎的檢測方式,在檢測時需要專屬的設備對丁基膠涂布機內的空氣干燥性,影響視線的有機發揮物進行檢查與測定。當在規定的條件中,露點于或等于-40度,玻璃內沒有霧狀,油狀或者其他污物時方為合格。
These are the two most basic detection methods, which require dedicated equipment to inspect and measure the air dryness inside the butyl adhesive coating machine and the organic matter that affects the line of sight. When the dew point is at or equal to -40 degrees and there is no mist, oil, or other dirt inside the glass under specified conditions, it is considered qualified.
二、密封檢驗
2、 Sealing inspection
這種檢驗方式主要是應用在玻璃設備密封膠是否存在泄漏,且軟硬程度是否達標的情況。在進行密封檢查時,需要樣品在10±0.5KPA條件下保持2.5H厚度的增長偏差小于15%。當超過這個數值時則記為不合格。
This inspection method is mainly used to check whether there is leakage in the sealant of glass equipment and whether the hardness meets the standard. When conducting a sealing inspection, it is necessary for the sample to maintain a 2.5H thickness growth deviation of less than 15% under the condition of 10 ± 0.5KPA. When this value is exceeded, it is recorded as unqualified.


三、氣候循環的檢驗
3、 Verification of climate cycle
在檢驗是需要丁基膠涂布機經歷一年四季的模擬氣候,期間需要加熱,自然冷卻以及強制制冷的操作,從而檢測玻璃在不同氣候下綜合性能。
During the inspection, the butyl adhesive coating machine needs to experience a simulated climate throughout the year, during which heating, natural cooling, and forced cooling operations are required to test the comprehensive performance of the glass in different climates.
四、高溫高濕實驗
4、 High temperature and humidity experiment
這種檢驗方式的檢驗是對密封膠的粘結力,水汽透過率以及分子篩的吸附能力的檢測,實驗時需要空氣濕度大于95%,溫度在25-55度之間,它通過循環實驗時中空玻璃內的氣體被壓縮和膨脹后的漏氣情況來判斷粘結力,水汽透過率是否達標。
This inspection method is used to test the adhesive strength, water vapor permeability, and molecular sieve adsorption capacity of the sealant. During the experiment, the air humidity should be greater than 95%, and the temperature should be between 25-55 degrees. It determines the adhesive strength and water vapor permeability by the leakage of compressed and expanded gas in the hollow glass during the cyclic experiment.
