一、 丁基膠涂布機系統打開后，油缸無動作（系統無壓力）
1、 After the butyl adhesive coater system is opened, the oil cylinder does not act (the system has no pressure)
1、 檢查外接氣源是否正常。
1. Check whether the external air source is normal.
2、 檢查打開液壓電機開關后，系統電磁閥是否正常換向。
2. Check whether the system solenoid valve reverses normally after opening the hydraulic motor switch.
3、 減壓閥是否已打開。

4、 檢查氣液增壓站上的氣管是否有氣壓。

5、 如都正常，用平口螺絲刀按一下增壓缸兩端的小換向閥上的銅觸頭。

二、 丁基膠涂布機系統只進不退

1、 反復打開關閥膠缸操作退開關，看是否能解決。

2、 膠缸操作退打開時，看液壓換向閥上的燈是否亮。

3、 液壓換向閥被雜物卡住，需拆下清洗。

4、 用鐵片擋在液壓換向閥的線圈端，燈亮時看是否有磁性，如無，需更換液壓換向閥的伐圈，如有，需將換向閥拆下清洗。
