自動數控中空玻璃生產線(可生產LOW-E中空玻璃)
清洗機采用3對毛刷設計及對LOW- E玻璃專用毛刷避免膜損傷。
采用PLC控制及雙觸摸屏顯示系統一溫度/速度/生產量/故障信息提示-可單獨完成全線控制。
可以生產超長二層、三層、大小片(不等邊)幕墻中空玻璃及異型中空玻璃。
全距離自動變頻調速，設有玻璃等候儲存段，節省勞動等待時間,提高生產效率。
板壓機液壓控制，伺服電機調整上下不等片尺寸，活動板可自由開啟，檢修方便快捷。
